The Verified Audit

You scored yourself. This verifies it, independently and against evidence, and tells you what to fix first. Two weeks, one site visit, and a list in priority order.

Why verification is a different thing

You can honestly assess whether your content is present. With some thought you can assess whether it is placed. You cannot assess whether it is current — because that requires knowing what your municipality and your province changed since the content was written, which is exactly the knowledge you don't have and exactly why the content is wrong.

What counts as evidence
TestHow it is verified
PresentYou produce an artefact that answers the requirement, in any format. Content that exists only as something the superintendent always explains is not present — it is a single point of failure.
CurrentMunicipal and provincial items are checked independently against the published source, with the source and retrieval date recorded per item.
PlacedPhotographed at the point of decision, including the negatives. Push items are verified against the send record. Reference content is timed from a link a resident actually holds.

Credit

The full audit fee credits against a production engagement booked within 60 days. Not a promotion — the audit genuinely produces the production scope, so you shouldn't pay twice for the same discovery.

What you receive

A specimen report is published in full, so you can see the deliverable before deciding. It is illustrative rather than a real building, but the structure, the findings and the work order format are exactly what an engagement produces.

Not legal advice

Statutory findings are stated descriptively: the standard requires X, and X was not found. No statement in an audit report is a determination of legal compliance, and every statutory finding should be reviewed with your own counsel.

Book an audit

There is no route to an audit that doesn't start with scoring yourself, so bring your number. This composes an email in your own mail program — nothing is submitted through this site, and nothing is sent until you press send.

What happens next

You get a reply with a scope letter and a proposed site visit date, usually within two working days. Fifty per cent on booking, fifty on the readout. Two weeks from kickoff to the report. If it turns out an audit isn't the right thing for you, we'll say so — a wasted engagement costs us more than it costs you.
